Thomas Steffens has been the founder and owner of Steffens & Roth Immobilien Unternehmung since 2007. At the age of 16, while still training as a roofer, he began renovating properties for his boss at the time. Every weekend, he diligently renovated and rebuilt buildings from the basement to the roof.

After completing his roofing apprenticeship, Thomas Steffens also completed a commercial apprenticeship. Many years later, the combination of trade and sales opened up another milestone of application technology in the renovation and training of roofing companies in flat roof waterproofing and technology.

First experience with real estate

Thomas Steffens bought his first house while still in training – and renovated the roof, walls and facades. At the young age of 30, he was already passing on his knowledge as a trainer in one of the largest roofing companies in the Consolidatet Netherlands.

Bundled competences are directly worth more.

In the later foundation of STEFFENS & ROTH, both expertise in real estate and practical renovation experience came together. A further competence building block in the life of Thomas Steffens was the successfully passed examination and certification as an expert and building surveyor. At the latest STEFFENS & ROTH offered “Directly more value”.

The second generation joins in

Since the end of 2021, son Christoph Steffens has strengthened the team of a total of five employees and is particularly responsible for the media content in sales and technology as well as the management of all existing properties.
